How do I make a booking?
You can book online through our website, call our booking hotline, or visit our office. We recommend booking at least 30 days in advance during peak season (November-February).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bKash, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cash payments. Full payment is required at the time of booking for confirmed reservations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a 90% refund. 15-29 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: no refund. Travel insurance is recommended.
Are your tours suitable for children?
Yes! We offer family-friendly packages. Children under 5 travel free, and we have special rates for children aged 6-12. All safety measures are in place.
What should I pack for the tour?
Light cotton clothing, comfortable shoes, sunscreen, insect repellent, binoculars, camera, personal medications, and a reusable water bottle are recommended.
Do you arrange airport transfers?
Yes, we provide airport pick-up and drop-off services from Jessore Airport and Khulna Railway Station. This service is included in most packages or available as an add-on.
